Hi There,

It's time for me to buy a new edition of this old standby book since mine is
falling apart at the seams. There is at least one available, though I don't
remember by which publisher, which comes with a practice CD. Sounds like a
good idea, I'm wondering if anyone has it and if it is of any use.

Beyond that. what editions of this book would you recommend? Best
translations, etc.? There are many out there to choose from.
