A new student of mine, a 15 year old soprano, has been asked to sing for
her brother's barmitzvah. This will take place after the ceremony, probably
at their home.She enjoys singing light music. Sunrise Sunset was suggested,
but it is not really appropriate (unless she changes the words muchly). I
suggested "You'll never walk alone" and she likes the words, but the tune
is too sad.
Any suggestions for something a bit zippier, meaningful but funny?
