In addition to the excellent advice already posted, I'd like to add my two cents worth in the area of nutrition. I have experienced a *huge* decrease in PMS symptoms since including soy products in my regular diet. (And I'm pre-menopausal, so the PMS was a *Doozie* :->) I eat tofu 3-5 times a week, put soy milk on my cereal and use it in recipes, occasionally use the soy protein powder in smoothies. The nutritional benefits of soy for women are well documented. Find some good recipes so the tofu isn't a turn-off. (And of course, drink lots of water all the time and be smart about your voice use.) Good luck!
