I am a high soprano with almost 2 years of training and am still having a problem with singing mezza di voce in the middle register. Whenever I try to increase the volume of the B flat or A above middle C to forte, I get a strange wobble that does not appear anywhere else in my range. I can
hold any other note, from the F below middle C to E flat above top C with good breath control. Is this note destined to be an awkward break forever, or is there something which can be done?

(Bye the way, I have tried testing for tongue tension by holding my tongue but have not had any luck there.)
