Exactly. As I said in a responding post, "so and so is awesome!" is not
enough of a remark, whether that be Anne Sophie von Otter or Annie Lennox ...
"so and so is awesome in her diction/breathing/range/etc." is much more
beneficial. That's what we care about.

I would classify Charlotte Church as a beginning classical singer, btw.
