If anything, the euphoria produced can do nothing but help you focus. After all, one by-product of sex is emorphins (sp?) It's a natural pain killer and it helps to lift the spirits. I know it helps me to get grounded in good spirits and would do nothing but help me to perform better. Sex is a form of performance as well you know...just think of the accolades you get in the bedroom before you get the accolades from a little bigger audience...eh?
