Not if those two octaves are good and smooth, from one end to the other.

How can I make my high notes stronger so they

Find a good voice teacher. Chances are, she (or he) will help you work on
your breath support and vowel modification.

Is singing loud bad if you're doing it the
>right way?

I don't have a problem with it. But then again, I'm not you.

ANd is it OK to sing with a sore throat?

HELL NO. Drink some tea, eat some chicken soup or pho (or minestrone, if
you're vegetarian), watch some cartoons and get well first!

>SOrry I have so many questions, they just kinda came to me...

That's OK. That's what we're all here for.

Consider the singular wisdom learned from animated sages like Bugs Bunny.
The irrepressible, Oscar-winning rabbit and his cartoon cohorts have taught
millions of American children precisely the sort of powerful, subversive
truths from which adults try to shield them: that smart-alecks have more
fun; that mocking authority is often the right thing to do; that tortoises
beat hares (especially when tortoises cheat); that the world is often a
cruel and desperate place that would just as soon drop an anvil on your head
as give you a hand up; and, most important of all, that a sense of humor and
resilience is the only way to make it through the years to come.
