This isn't really a misheard song lyric, it was sung this way because that's
the only way my son could pronounce his words when he was about 3. He sang
"Little Bunny Foo Foo" this way and everyone else had to sing it this way
too or he would cry. We couldn't sing it without laughing which made him
cry too.
Ril runny poo poo hoppin tru to porest coopin up the peld mice and boppin
'm on de hed.
Along came de good pairy and her said, " Ril runny poo poo I don't want to
see you coopin up de peld mice and boppin 'm on de hed." My oldest son
would roll on the floor laughing while we sang it.
