Oh, chill, Alan. I pay my ASCAP fees regularly, so I feel I can "tweak" them whenever I want. I've even gone out of my way to pay the Performing Rights Society in the UK for *their* rights when a song wasn't represented in this country. And I've always written publishers for rights to songs that aren't represented by any performing rights organisation.
