I have another Mendelssohn duet called "O wie selig ist das Kind".. mine is a
photocopy and I have no idea of the source. I have sung it with sopranos,
but it could easily be done by two sopranos. The English translation is
awful, but I've done it for churches that don't like German - it's totally wrong, but it's "Children Blessed of the Lord" (instead of "Oh how holy is the child", which is very apropos post-Christmas).
