Now come on, /h/ is an intrinsically aspirated phoneme as is the very characteristic of a soft (aspirated) onset. It will in no way lead to any type of glottal stroke (gentle or hard) the ideal situation would be to split the difference between a hard and soft onset and use a balanced one.
