No, when Mariah sings live, you're not hearing her voice. You're hearing a
signal through loudspeakers. There is ample room for electronic manipulation
between mike and speaker.

A good friend of mine has some good stories about Ivan Rebroff's
subterranean low notes in this context - but they're probably actionable.

if she were singing LIVE w/o a doubt. You can tell when people lip sync but
in LIVE performances that I've seen that were absolutely LIVE Mariah hits
all
the notes dead on!!!!
