I can help with Mendelssohn's "Ye Have Taken Away my Lord", because I'm working on this with my adored mother-in-law. I have it in two editions:
Sacred Duets Vol. 1 for two high voices ed. (improbably) by William Shakespeare, pub. John Church Company (Theodore Presser) (Key of e minor)
and also:
48 Duets 17th through 19th centuries arranged for medium voices by Victor Prahl, pub. E.C. Schirmer Cat. no. 156 (Key of d minor)
It is a beautiful, haunting duet.
