Another very difficult to swallow thought:

For every person who is horrible to you now....consider yourself better
prepared. Take comments as fuel for hard work and stronger independence....
These are tools which will really come in handy later in life. Believe me,
when you struggle to succeed early in life, later struggles will not seem so
difficult.

Show them who you are.....and who you are going to be. Once you believe it
for yourself, you are in control - and there is nothing that will stop you
from being happy.
