Sara, that's a terrible thing for the reviewer to have said! I probably
can't make you feel better -- but you will, in time -- just know that
everyone receives bad reviews from time to time. By the time the next
issue of the paper comes out, nobody except you will even remember that
crude remark.

Just try to hang in there until you feel better. I know you will!
