Actually, I'd like a folder that has something into which I can slip my

that stuff you put on your fingers so you can pick up papers when
collating them. As a result, folders tend to slip off of the hand

Hello All,

"The Black Folder" is a tremendously useful tool for anyone who needs a
good functional folder. It comes with all kinds of good things to
facilitate the handling of sheet music - extra pockets, ring binders,
pencil holders, etc. etc. There is a strap which fits around the hand
for ease of holding. Prices start at about $25 Canadian, which occurs
to me would be about 30% cheaper for Americans, given the exchange
rate. The price gets even lower if ordered in bulk.

Here is a website for "The Black Folder", where there is much more info:

By the way, the inventor of "The Black Folder", Ian Bullen, has been a
colleague of mine and I am happy for him that he is "a local boy made
good". Otherwise, I have no connection with this product, although I'm
wondering if Ian might give me a deal if any of you were to mention my
little plug here... :o)

Cheers.
