"Teaching Kids to Sing" by Kenneth E. Phillips published by
Pearson. This is a book full of vocal excercises which are healthy and
effective for young singers.
Henry Leck has a video illustrating his vocal technique taught in
choral work. He is Director of the Indiannapolis Boys Choir, and his stuff
would be trackable on the web.
