PMS affects my voice, I think mostly because of fluid retention. I always feel like my vocal cords are in less than optimum shape, and abdominal support becomes a problem. (Ain't cramps great?) I have had much less trouble since I changed to a new type of birth control pill, which is designed for peri-menopausal women and has a more even level of estrogen throughout the month.
