Hi Carol:

This wasn't my post, but I must admit, when I saw it on Vocalist, I
forwarded it to my psychologist mother-in-law. But I see your point. It is
one thing to make fun of sopranos and tenors and another to make fun of
mental illness and perhaps not the kind of thing to send to a whole list.
You know, it's hard to tell sometimes what will offend. I thought Hymns for
the Millenium was hysterically funny. I sent it to the pastor of our church,
a good friend with a great sense of humor, and he was offended on behalf of
the religiously disenfranchised.

BTW: To reply to an unsigned post privately, just reply as you normally
would. The sender's email address will appear in the body of your reply and
you can paste it in.

Laura

I read the above post several times, and couldn't avoid feeling it was
gratuitous... making fun of the disabled and all that. Maybe I'm just
being oversensitive.

Sorry to the author - the post wasn't signed or I would have said this
privately.
