That depends on where you live. I would say for most places, that would be
average or on the low side. In Los Angeles, I pay 55 per hour, there are
teachers who teach for 75 and 100 / hour here as well. I'd love to pay just
35 per hour. I understand financial trouble. Perhaps the teacher will be
flexible, and rather than requiring a lesson a week, perhaps you can have a
lesson every other week and use the tape of the previsou lesson in between?
